GreyRok Capital Email signature builder
SIGNATURES

Build your signature, copy it, paste it in.

Table-based and inline-styled, so it survives Gmail, Outlook on the web, Outlook desktop and Apple Mail. Two versions off one set of details — a full one for new emails, a short one for replies.

Which signature

The reply version is deliberately small, so a long thread doesn’t end up stacked with logos and legal lines.

Your details
Layout

Replies drop the logo image, the button and the legal block — all of that is already sitting in the first email of the thread.

Logo

Fixed and hosted, so nothing to set: Logo beside uses the left mark at 100px, Logo above uses the horizontal lockup at 260px, and Text only renders the wordmark as text.

Include
Signature style

Applies to the generated signature, not this page. Keep the default unless a campaign calls for something else.

If the copy button is blocked by your browser, use Select it instead and press Ctrl+V.

Where to paste it

Save this one as a second signature named Reply, then set it as the default for replies and forwards — Gmail does this under Signature defaults, Outlook under Compose and reply.

Gmail
Copy signature → Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste with Ctrl+V. Don’t use paste-as-plain-text.
Outlook on the web
Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste into the signature box.
Outlook desktop
Paste into File → Options → Mail → Signatures, or drop the downloaded .htm into your Signatures folder.
Apple Mail
Paste into Settings → Signatures, then untick “Always match my default message font”.
